A pre-order is a product that is offered on CDKeyHouse before the release date. Preorders are delivered, at the latest, on the official release date of the game (available on the product page). , We often manage to deliver pre-orders the day before the official release to allow for pre-loading the game, but this is not 100% guaranteed. Until that time the order status will be "Pre Order Items Pending"

For example, if the official release date is on the 24th, we guarantee that you will have your code at the latest on the 24th evening.  We even sometimes manage to deliver them 2 or 3 days before the release date if possible.

Preordering your game ensures:

- Buying your game at a good price set in advance. After the release, the price may suddenly go up for a few days/weeks.

- Booking a copy for the release date. After preorders delivery, the stock usually runs out very quickly with the public availability. You make sure you have your copy on time!
