1) Launch Steam / Open the VPN and connect to the server (Russia or Ukraine) then wait 2 minutes or until you see this title disappear "NO CONNECTION".

2) Click the Library > Games menu at the top of the Steam window.

3) Choose Activate a Product on Steam.

4) Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.

How to download your game:

1) Launch Steam / Open the VPN and connect then wait 3 minutes or until you see this title disappear "NO CONNECTION".

2) Once the vpn is connected "Click Install"

3) Close the VPN and check is the game is downloading now

NOTE: It will say 0% however check in your "Downloads"  and you will see that the game is downloading at the normal speed you usually download games from steam (even if it says 0 Bytes)

How to start the game (every time)

1) Launch Steam / Open the VPN and connect then wait 3 minutes or until you see this title disappear "NO CONNECTION". 

2) Click on the "PLAY" button to start the game
