This game require a russian ip each time you want to begin downloading the game and each time you want to launch the game.
After begin downloading the game you can disconnected from the VPN and use your normal IP.

1) When installation is done, copy steam_appid.txt file to: “C:\ProgramFiles\Steam\steamapps\common\sniperelitev2\bin” folder,
