1.  Well the first big step is to login. 

2. Once you login, you should see Purchase History.  Go ahead and Select that. 

3. You should see this image.

There is a couple things to note in this image.  Your Order ID and the Status.  The Status explains whether it went through or not.  You'll see this if there were no issues with the payment.  There are other status such as Waiting for Pre-order or Waiting for Staff approval.  Please note if your inforamtion on cdkeyhouse does not match with your paypal information you'll be seeing Waiting for Staff Approval. 

To the Right on top of the Total you'll see Three icons.

= Lets you view the order in full detail

= lets you resend the order information directly to your email

 = lets you create a ticket if you are experiencing any problems.  Please provide the most detailed Ticket as possible.  So we can resolve this in one go rather than making multiple tickets.

4. If you go ahead and select this icon .

And it provides a big THANK YOU from us, Detail of the transanction, Billing Address info, as well as the product purchased and the cdkey tied to your purchase.
